Admissions

Bible School ClassesWhat are the requirements to attend RBTC?
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. A complete application package includes an application filled out in its entirety, a $30 application fee, a current 2x2 head/shoulders photograph of yourself, and the three reference forms provided to you by RBTC to distribute to your pastor and two other individuals who have known you for at least a year.

How do I know if my application has been accepted into RBTC?
If you have been accepted, you will receive a letter of acceptance. This is the only thing that you will be receiving by mail before school. You do not need to respond other than being present on registration day. Be sure to look over the "Acceptance Packet" you received with your acceptance letter. This has key information relating to registration day, payment information, and other items that will be important for you to review.

Does RBTC accept people from different denominations?
RBTC accepts students from around the world drawing people of all ages, races, nationalities, and denominational backgrounds.

Do I have to attend Rhema Bible Church?
Attendance at Rhema Bible Church is NOT mandatory for our students. We believe strongly that the Bible encourages us to be committed to a local body of believers in a church. Therefore we encourage individuals who are not already connected to one of the local Tulsa area churches to strongly consider attending Rhema Bible Church. Through the church, students are given the opportunity for practical, hands-on training to directly complement their RBTC classroom instruction.

In addition, if you desire to apply for licensing and ordination through the Rhema Ministerial Association International (RMAI) after you graduate, it is required that you were actively involved in Rhema Bible Church during your two years of school. Licensing and Ordination is done through the local church, and it is important that there has been an accountability and working relationship with an individual in order to properly evaluate their qualifications for such an association.

Do I have to attend RBTC for two years?
Although two years are not required, you must come for two years in order to receive a diploma in ministerial training from Rhema. We believe that if God is calling you here to train that it would be His desire for you to fulfill the completion of it. Preparation time is never wasted, and the two years you would spend at Rhema will be life changing for you.
