*Tentative Event Schedule. Transportation will be provided to and from the airport, event hotels, and all RHEMA College Weekend activities. Please be in hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to event for Rhema transportation.

Yes. The pre-registration fee is $35 per person if pre-registered by the Wednesday before College Weekend or $40 for those registering at the door. The fee includes a luncheon and access to the weekend events.

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email. The email will include a letter from RBTC’s Dean, a schedule of events, a map of the campus, and airport transportation information.
No. The $35 pre-registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Participants must be at least 16 years old.
No. Our student body includes people of all ages, backgrounds, races, nationalities, and walks of life. Whether you are preparing to graduate from high school, are a retired professional, or are somewhere in between, College Weekend is the perfect opportunity for you to experience Rhema firsthand and hear from God for yourself about the plans and purposes He has for you!
Yes, we welcome your parents to join you. Please keep in mind, however, that each parent who wishes to attend will also need to register and pay the $35 registration fee.
The minimum age to attend College Weekend is 16. Younger children, including infants, will not be allowed to join you in the classes or other special RBTC sessions planned for the weekend.
No. Childcare is not available during any of the events on Friday or Saturday. Children’s Church and Nursery services will be available during the Sunday morning Rhema Bible Church service.
Yes, we provide an opportunity on Saturday morning for attendees to complete an application to attend RBTC. The application fee is reduced to $20 for those that attend College Weekend.
Registration begins at 7:45 a.m. on Friday, with the Welcome Session beginning at 8:00 a.m.
We recommend that you bring your Bible and a way to take notes in classes and in information sessions.
For details on the RBTC dress code, please visit this page. The majority of our students and all of our staff will be wearing jeans all weekend. Clothing NOT to wear during classes: flip-flops, shorts, T-shirts and/or sleeveless shirts. Some attendees choose to follow business casual dress code on Saturday during the Job/Housing Fair when looking for employment. However, jeans are also allowed on Saturday. We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing, such as jeans and tennis shoes, to the Saturday evening Fun and Games Night. Sunday morning we will attend Rhema Bible Church together. Feel free to dress as you would for your home church services.

Yes. We will provide transportation from the airport on Thursday starting 2 PM until 7 PM. We will only provide transportation to and from the hotels that are less than 5 miles from Rhema (See “Hotels” for suggestions). On Sunday, please make departing flights between the hours of 1 PM to 5 PM. Special transportation requests should be directed to the Recruiting Department at (918) 258-1588, ext. 2379.

Yes. There is plenty of reserved parking around each building on campus. The church auditorium and student development centers have seating available for wheelchairs, handicap-accessible restrooms, and elevators.
