Requesting a Transcript
If your RHEMA Alumni Association dues are current and you have access to your Alumni ID number (located on your Alumni Card), you can login and put in your request for a transcript there. Otherwise, the requirements for transcript requests and your other options are noted below:
Transcript Information:
In order to obtain your transcripts, we will need the following information in writing (please do not leave the information on voicemail):
1. Your full legal name (***Note: For ladies, if your name has changed since you attended RHEMA, please be sure to include that information.)
2. Your Social Security Number
3. The years you attended RBTC
4. The address where you would like the transcript to be mailed
5. Your phone number in case we have any questions
6. The transcript fee which is $5 per year/per transcript. So for example, if you attended RHEMA for two years, the fee would be $10. If you attended for two years and want a student copy mailed to you AND an official copy mailed to your college, the fee would be $20.
If you prefer, you can pay the fee by credit card and fax us your request to expedite the process. You can either call us with your credit card information, or include your credit card information on your fax (including permission for us to bill the fee to your card). Note: Transcripts mailed to the student will be STUDENT COPIES. Transcripts mailed to a college or university will be OFFICIAL COPIES. As a general rule, most colleges require an official copy. Transcript requests normally take about 7–10 days to be processed.
